In doing so, it fills a gap in the literature on teacher educators’ professional practice by bringing to the fore elements of that practice that are usually invisible or taken for granted by administrators, employers, policy makers, and indeed, the practitioners themselves. Jennifer Yamin-Ali is Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago. She is the author of Data-Driven Decision-Making in Schools: Lessons from Trinidad (2014).
